you should try to spread your meals out, for example, eat 5 or 6 smaller means a day. this allows you to eat more per day!

as for what to eat? i would suggest foods high in complex carbs(breads, oats, potatoes, pasta...) and foods high in protein(chicken, eggs, milk, steak, all meats...) u know, all the good stuff. if your'e trying to gain weight(muscle), sugary foods wont help the cause. stick with natural food. you also may want to look into supplementing your diet with a weight gainer. it usually comes in a powder form and you have to mix it with either milk or water. it is, more or less, a mix of 50% carbs and 50% protein. these are very healthy for you, but they are a little costly. 30.00$ maybe for a months worth. a general rule of thumb is you should be taking in you body weight(in lbs) of grams of protein and grams of carbs, each per day, if your looking to get muscle.

by the way, no fast food, it is extreemly unhealthy for you. also, some other thing you should keep in mind are you have to hit the weights hard, be sure to get plenty of sleep, and drink plenty of water. also a multi-vitamin will help you mind and body greatly.

hope this helps!

Hello, i have surely now not had a fats quandary however i know others who have. They've multiplied the quantity of water they drink and diminished the carbohydrates they eat. By growing the volume of ultra-modern inexperienced salads (devour as such a lot raw foods as that you'll be able to get for illustration: as an option of cooking carrots devour a raw one, or fruit and so forth...) you'll be able to get simply correct nutrition (eventually). I say eventually considering that firstly your body has to wash itself which would possibly take a while. My peers and that i such a lot usually take brisk walks (up hills is higher) for at least forty minutes four or 5 circumstances every week. I enjoy a bicycle approx 15 km 6 occasions every week. We are in beautiful well type. However after announcing that someone with any type of clinical trouble need to search they are clinical practitioners recommendation. Water is the specific missing aspect in really plenty of weight/fat loss. You have received to search recommendation a official regarding the quantity of water in keeping with day however such a lot humans do not drink enough of it. In the direction of summer time the volume is a long way better however nonetheless a million-two litres in keeping with day min i would advocate. Also by way of focusing on helping others get what they wish you'll be able to ultimately get what you wish. I'm hoping that is helping. Do now not cross and do something radical nonetheless by way of making small alterations to your lifestyles form and behavior... For instance as an alternative of taking the bring, take the stairs. Things will trade.

Fast food is a bad idea... you need a lot of protein to gain muscle.. not fat! You need plenty of dairy, lean meats, and beans.. these are excellent sources of protein. Also, make sure you get a good amount of potassium to avoid muscle cramping (bananas has a lot). Also, protein shakes will work....... but I'd prefer the first options.

This is not a simple question to answer, but generally you want to maintain a balanced diet with healthy ratios of carbohydrates, protein and fat. How much of those you need depends on many factors. Don't fall for any advice from so-called professional body builders, fitness industry workers with no medical background, etc. They will most likely steer you toward supplements, many of which are quite expensive and of no benefit. They are the current "snake oil" salesmen. I recommend seeking the advice of a good medical professional. Dr. Barry Sears, author of The Zone, is highly-credible and medically sound. In his book you will read about his work with the Stanford University Swim Team and how he changed their performance with diet. Of course, your physical activity is a major component of your solution. There are many knowledgeable professionals out there but most folks can't easily determine their competence level. Consider the advice of a licensed nutritionist or other medical professional, like a sports medicine physician. If you don't want to pay to see one personally, many have written books like the Zone that could be sound advice, but be careful, and if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. Whatever you do, stay away from any supplements that you haven't cleared with a licensed pro. Steroids, hormones, and the like are a path to destruction. Results aren't everything, so don't fall for them. Good luck!

Hey. What you want to do is eat food with lots of proteins and drink lots of water. Do NOT go for the "protein shakes" though, there are studies that show they are not good for you. You can find natural proteins in meat, eggs, nuts, seeds, milk, etc. Be consistent with your diet, and always remember to eat healthy. If you can do that, I can promise you'll see a big difference in no time.

Good luck!
