I was half alseep and went into a trance like state then I had this shock through my body and saw a bright white light, I also sreamed some words gibberish, what was that, it happened twice that night

I had a similar situation but there's no white light. I was half asleep. I saw a boy and I got scared and told it to go to the light. The boy calmly said that I am the one who should go to the light. And then with that, he enter me and I felt a shock through me. I don't really know how to describe the feeling, I'll just use your word "shock". The boy didn't look evil, he look composed and calm. I was told that we have many different aspects of the self that live in other dimensions or parallel to this reality (I'm not crazy). And that it's my another aspect that merge with me.

When you sleep and more so dream your pineal gland releases a chemical within your brain called DMT. This chemical is released at three very important times;
1) 50 days of start of a fetus
2) Dreaming
3) Upon Death
Now take that as you will but the times and function alone has been of great mystery and debate over time. Now people have claimed that when this chemical is released it gives you a connection beyond earthly understanding. Now if you consider that to be true than you may be able to have a greater understanding of what happened and why you got scared when you did. Sudden jumps from dream state to awake(conscious) is very overwhelming for most people. Consider the fact you live in a conscious state of denial and not recognizing these facts can cause you to become very upset. A little understanding and positive will can help avoid negative future happenings.

I really dont know what you saw but something really happened to you. Such things have happened to other people before. I have had an almost similar experience last year but there was no light but just sound. It happened twice during the night and each time I felt like there was a tongue of fire right on my right ear and there was that sound like someone was fanning the fire.
I urge you to pray sincerely about it. God answers prayer.

That just means you want to be possessed. Everybody has the freedom to scream out gibberish, you probably did it and wanted to believe a spirit entered your body and made you say it.

Sounds like what they say speaking in tongues, but it is not good according to the scriptures to speak in tongues nowadays, check out 1 Corinthians 13:8 it mentions that gifts of speaking in tongues would be done away with after the apostles time.

I've heard a physic say something about this I think...Where you go into a state where you can't move your body or anything..I'm sorry, I can't quite remember the name of it, But I think it is pretty rare..But not harmful.

to be honest and serious, i cant tell what is it.
if u r a christian i will advice to go to church and ask from someone trusted to pray for u.
if u r not a christian i also advice u to do the same.
strange things happened to me also, but i know what is it and i deal with it according to my christianity faith.
