Try shredded wheat.. not frosted mini wheats (I am assuming that you mean this?) They have a good source of fiber and will stick with you for a while.. you won't be hungry two minutes later! If you would rather it be sweet, use a packet of artificial sweetener. You could add fruit or simply eat a piece of fruit in addition to the cereal. Eating a few hundred calories in the morning (this would add up to 200-300) jump starts your metabolism.. you figure, you have went all night without any food and your body needs to replenish. It can not burn calories as efficiently if you don't eat a good breakfast. You should definitely use skim milk also... I hope this helps!

Frosted mini wheats? They have a whole bunch of sugar. When you buy cereal and are on a diet make sure everything in the cereal is healthy. Buy cereal made with whole grains and when you look on the ingredients make sure it doesn't have corn syrup, hydrogenated anything, sugar, processed, enriched, bleached, since those are all unhealthy things. I like to eat KASHI unflavored cereal, it's kinda plain but it's really good for me and has nothing but natural ingredients.

It depends what kind of diet you are on. A rule of athletes is 6grams or less of sugar and always make sure the sugar is way less than half the carbs. Hope you got that!

No, it's got sugar. Try oatmeal instead.
