Recently, last countries having embassies in Jerusalem, Costa Rica and Salvador, moved them to Tel Aviv. I have read that earlier there were more (17?) embassies in Jerusalem. Does anyone know which and when?

I don't think anyone still has an embassy in Jerusalem there are still many cousutales there.

No idea. The United States doesn't have an Embassy in Jerusalem - they have an embassy in Tel Aviv and consulates in both East and West Jerusalem.
If they don't have an embassy in Jerusalem (because they do not recognise Jerusalem as the capital), I don't know who else would.
