It's not too much until it blocks off your windpipe and chokes you to death!

If you are asking this question then you are probably eating too much. The key to any well balanced diet is a variety of food. Tuna (in water) is high in protein, low in fat and carbohydrates. Your body can only process so much protein a day, any more is just wasted. If you lead an active lifestyle you will need the fat and carbs for energy. Try not to eat tuna more than two or three times a week. Personally I can't stand the taste of the stuff.

Well there is a point where eating nothing but tuna will deprive you of some basic nutrient that you need and you will develop a chronic disease. Other than that, tuna is a great part of a balanced diet and should be eaten often, along with many other foods.

Tuna has a high levels of mercury in it. I would say around maybe 2 times a week is OK, unless you are pregnant, then I wouldn't eat it at all.
