When WW3 breaks out, it doesn't matter if you're an American or not, global suicide does not care what nationality you are. How could it not be a nuclear war.
A "world" war assumes that differences cannot be settled by political means. If the object is victory, then can you assume that every means possible would be used to achieve victory. Do you fight a world war, knowing that you didn't do everything possible to win? If both sides go to war with the cruel illusion that victory at all costs was the motto, then, of course, nukes will be used.
If tactical nukes are the only means to stop overwhelming numbers of conventional armies, then NATO and the US have already committed to that strategy in the Fulda Gap and the 38th Parallel. Once one tactical nuke is used, there's no stopping the use of strategic nukes. A chain of events leading to nuclear showdowns, hair trigger responses, and faulty communications will ultimately be the legacy of WW III.
Like Einstein predicted, WW IV will be fought with sticks and stones, because WW III will have thrust the world into global agony and barbarity...

dude. your right, no country had anypart of the attacks on 9-11. terrorism is defined as not being backed by any state. and i must say, unless you have a PHD in political science, you cant make predictions on what 'WILL' happen.

we dont need to take iran to start to invade china. we have many bases around china already. and we arnt gonna invade china because our entire economy would collapse

If you are American and were born naturally or if you immigrated legally then you are sworn in either way to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Fortunately you have the right to vote and be involved in electing officials who reflect your rights as a citizen. If you do not agree with this then you have the right to defect or leave the USA, if another country will accept you for longer than a normal allowable visa. i dont imagine 9/11 became an interior pastime yet i agree that i does not strive against a conflict hostile to iraq, iran, afganistan, or the different muslim united states of america. i don't believe the U. S. became justified to finish that. the 9/11 attack became not done through the international places. conflict on terrorism? yeah, correct.
