okay lets put it this way.im a junior in high school,i only talk when nessesary,im a bit shy,help me become better at conversating/socializing

You need to join a club. More friends the better plus you get to join in on a group conversation which will be good for you.

become more into school things that or get a girlfriend who has many many friends
