Like the decline bench press, decline push-ups emphasize your lower chest. Inclines emphasize your upper chest, and regulars work your overall chest. Close-grips focus on triceps if you focus on sliding your upper arms alond your body during the exercise. Regular and wide-arm work your chest at different angles to recruit more muscle fibers.

It's much better to do knee push-ups if you can keep proper form and go low, it's more effective than only bending you're arms a little on pushups from feet. But if you're arm strength isn't the issue and you're having a hard time keeping yourself in line, then you should try doing some planks untill you can hold the feet pushups.
