im a slim teen!! i am 100 pounds and the age 16. people say i am a good size. i want to stay in the low low low hundreds for as long as i can!! any tips on keeping myself to stay this way!! if u give me good tips thanks!!! its very useful, and some really work!! so once agian thanks!!

Don't start drinking alcohol or pops - water is great - and stay away from fast food. Natural food is healthier, better for you and will keep you in line.
Make sure you eat all your 5 fruits and veggies every day, and pick a new veggie or fruit to try every week: if you did not like it, try it again. It takes several times of tasting new things for our taste-buds to appreciate novelty.

pick up a life-style sport - tennis, or anything else that will keep you moving all your life, and get good at it. That will ensure you will keep it up also when you will be grown up and working.

Don't fixate on weight... just have fun and stay reasonable. Many times college years are a killer because ppl start drinking, partying, once you are out of your mom's home cooking is a pain so cheap, ready made food is king. (pizzas, junk, cookies, cakes, fat-dripping fast-food ..)

you can't include weight info without height... saying your weight without height means nothing

uhhhhhhh... 100 pounds @ 5'8" is disgusting, I don't know wether to believe that or not.... if it's true you need to put on about 30 or 40 pounds

Dont eat like a horse and exercise like a one! You'll be slim...but age always has its tricks on you down the road! And please dont be thinking that way if you have a baby you gonna have to work extra hard honey!
