this guy i have slept with, called me a few days after, we had a good chat, then i had to go so he asked me to call him later that night-didnt say what for or anything, so i assumed just a chat. I called him,left a message but got no answer, and its been a week and he hasnt got back to me. Whats the point of him asking me to call him, if he didnt want to talk to me??

I think that he was shallow and wanted a one night stand but wanted to appear to be a good guy so he decided to call you seem like he cared. sorry but be more careful with the guys u sleep with.

That one doesn't make sense. You were the one who cut the conversation short, and HE asked you to call back.
Personally, it sounds like a lack of interest since he waited 3 days to call in the first place. He was probably just saying the first thing that popped into his head at the end of your conversation (not much time to think about it, since you cut it short).
Don't give it a second thought unless you're interested. In the future, you should play a little harder to get showing some respect for yourself. You'll find a better relationship that way, if that's even a concern.

Maybe he didnt like what you offered him in the bedroom so he is trying to cut it off. Or he could have just been trying to make conversation and be friendly. Just move on and find another guy. He is not worth it

You know what? Welcome to our world!!!! Why do guys say things like that or say "I'll call you" but never call? Well I guess its just easier to say 'call me later' rather than 'thanks for the booty, but I dont have any interest in seeing you again so please dont call me'. I know it's a ***** and you're problably thinking why couldnt he just be honest, but I find (and in time Im sure you will too) that guys will generally opt for the easier, least drama approach over necesarily saying whats truthful.

Maybe he got abducted by his mom since she found he was sleeping with girls...maybe he's gay and got sidetracked, maybe he's a player and just used you as a bat, whatever it is move on and stop trying to find an answer to something you probably won't.

He probably thought you wre blowing him off first. He may have heard something about you that made him unsettling. I don't think so though, you seem really nice. If it was me I would have hung by the phone and asked for an encore performance!!!!!!!

Sounds like he's to chicken to dump you to your face so he's giving you a clear message that he isn't interested in you without having to tell you directly.

from my point of view he just wanted to see if you liked what you got. if you call back he knows he can fall back on you for sex another time. he does want to talk to you but when its convenient for him
