It's this girl that i work with that i really like and we flirt all the time but something tells me that she is like that with every guy i work with. She flirts with me a lot but when i get close to her like put arm around her waist she moves my arm like she doesn't want me to touch her. I dont know what to do please help!!!!!!!. this is really starting to get to me.

She's into the attention buddy not you... thats not to say you're not a charming nice guy, but its the innocent attention she's after.
Here's the ticket from a guy whose learned his lesson about dipping his pen in the company ink too many times. Play it cool, concentrate on your job and not her, I know its hard, she's fun, flirty, she's what we all want. Back off, cool it with the flirting and do your job. If she's really itnerested in you, she'll let you know. Don't burn yourself out, there's plenty of good ones out there.

She probably knows you like her and you're probably flirting in a nerdy way that she likes but would never actually date. And why are you putting your arm around her waist! Dang that's a pretty weird thing to do.

Really touching her maybe a bit much. Just ask her out for some coffee. Coffee is quick and you too can spend some time outside of work and find out if you have a connection. If she doesn't like coffee then offer her tea!

just write it on a napkin reciept or whatever
"if you want to call we can go out to dinner to this nice restaurant" do this right before leaving at the end of the conversation.
this is the best way. you never know until you ask.

if shes uncomfortable with you touching her then shes just being flirtatious by nature. probably not a good idea to ask her out.
