OK..this is the deal. Massage therapist who I have been seeing for a few years gives the most amazing massages, very professional but the option for a happy ending is always there and wisely taken. Recently my therapist (who I have also become close to as a friend) has invited me to her house (instead of the clinic where it is normally done) to do the massage. I would like to expand the relationship in a physical sense, but am not sure how to proceed, especially as the happy ending scenario may complicate things. Should I decline the happy ending after the next massage at her home, then get dressed and then see where the physical part of the relationship goes? Do you think she is interested in doing more (something different) than a happy ending? Surely, the happy ending has to get old for the therapist. A fresh start with a kiss might be in order, don't you think? Or should I see what develops right after the massage, still nude? Any creative insight out there? NO MORAL LECTURES!

Well, that is a kind of awkward situation...

Since she's a professional, but also a friend... I'd actually suggest talking to her about it before you 'try' anything.

Safest bet, if this is your first trip to her house, is to see what happens when you get there. If she greets you in lingerie with a bottle of wine... I think things are obvious.

If she's just interested in giving massages in her house, and simply comfortable with you in the non-professional setting - then I would definitely hold back taking any physical actions.

Out side of talking with her - follow her lead. Don't do anything that might disturb her.

It's illegal but nearly impossible to enforce. The loophole is that customers pay for the "massage" and the "happy ending" comes independently and is merely sex between consenting adults. The happy ending is implied in negotiation. Law enforcement agencies must prove solicitation took place and that money was exchanged for the purpose of the "happy ending". As a result, law enforcement tends to focus on street workers, where its easier to prove solicitation. Massage parlours are occasionally investigated, however.

oh gawd...she is probably just being a friend and inviting you over...i am really gr8 at massages...i learned some things from a professional....just cuz she invites you over does not mean that she wants to get down and dirty with you...if you want to extent the relationship to a more than friends thing...you should save the embarrassment and just ask her fully clothed before the massage. she could just want to get the happy ending....but you never know...maybe she has the same thing in mind...lean in and see if she leans in and then kiss...if she doesn't lean in...lean back.

Read just her signals, not between the lines. she may be inviting you to her house so she doesn't have to give a percentage to the clinic - and they would also probably frown on the happy ending. She may just be protecting her job security.

So what does she mean by a happy ending? A cheese platter and a glass of wine?
