It will pass. Teenage boys love playing with their willy wonkers. I walked in on my cousin once. for a while I couldn't look him in the eye. Try not to make a big deal about it. Your brother may be feeling embarrassed, imagine if he walked in on you, and you had no pants on. You don't need to talk about what happened, go and have a normal conversation with your brother.The more interaction you have with him, the sooner that image will fade.

Well first of all you should know that it is natural for a man/ boy to masturbate. It beats going to a hooker for paid sex and is infinitely safer.
Just learn to accept the fact that your brother is normal and like all other boys like him may masturbate sometime.
No big deal there so dont make it sound like you caught him killing someone or something.

It is a normal thing for a boy to masturbate himself even married man do mastubation. so just think it is a normal thing that your brother is just trying to discover his own sexuality and it is difficult for guys to talk openly about sex even with their friends and it is worst with their family. think about it you will only creat a wall between you and your brother that will only become thicker and you will totally lost him in your life just because he is trying to satisfy his needs as a human being as a man, just forget about it and think about it as a funny event ok girl :)
