I dont know Id say pot and is that what is making you spell that way? If so Id say pot not only that but because it kills braiin cells on a higher level. So go get a big gulp and some potato chips for one last hoorah and quit smoking that wacky tabacky. Peace out.......

They both will. Cigarettes have so many bad things in them. Pot may not have as many chemicals in it, but it sure is known to make you lazy and eat more and that isn't good for your body either.
