A broken heart will heal but it takes time. Keep yourself busy and try to think about it so much. If things ended chances are it wouldn't of worked anyways. I know its hard to swallow, but it will get easier in time. I have been in the same situation. Except with me is was with the first guy i fooled aroung with and lost my virginity too. It was so hard, so i know how you feel. My suggestion is to do as much as you can to keep yourself busy. Don't do what i did and spend 4 months of your life crying and being depressed about it. You never know what life can bring you in four months. Don't miss the opportunity for something great to happen. I don't know the extent of the break up but you never know, things could work out. If it is meant to be, things will get better, ifnot there are plenty of fish in the sea! Good Luck to you!

Sew it back up! lol! I'm sorry... You poor thing. If you still wanna be with her and it isn't final then go after her. If not, then all i can say is time. It may seem like she is the only one but i promise you, there is another. Trust me. i loved this guy and cried over him for a year, but then i met this other guy, and i really noticed how blind i'd been. It just takes time. Get out of the house. take up a new hobby, meet new people. Everything will be ok. Do you believe in destiny? You meet people and things happen for a reason, you just have to find thta reason out.

1. Keeping busy everyday
2. Often go to the night club or beach to get the hot girl
3. Going on a date
4. Look around, maybe there's a few cute girls in your
neighborhood
5. Always have somebody around you to talk to
(trust me, never be alone after you broke up, you will
remember every little thing you said and did when you still
with her, and that's not a good thing to remember)
6. Ask your friends to introduce you to their girl friends
7. Ask your Friends to take their (Girl) friend, whenever they
wanna hang out with you
8. Find new girlfriend

There is nothing you can do brother. I am really sorry to hear. The only thing that can mend it is time. What you can do is find someone who you can confide in and talk about it. Don't keep it in. Get close to your family, friends and the folks that love and care about you at this time.
-Keep busy. Go for longwalks or the gym or anything else that you enjoy
-Take up a hobby. Just don't spend too much time by yourself.

I've been threw this many times but eventually got used to it.
TIME is one answer. It just takes time to mend.
The other thing is hang out with people who will understand and listen....believe me it still won't mend.Get another Girl That helps alot.Just try not to talk about the problem too much or she may leave you cause of your rebound.Sorry to hear your problem.Just remember how it feels and make yourself stronger for next time if it happens.Just don't turn so cold that you forget how to have fun.

It's nearly impossible to fix a broken heart. All you can do is let time heal it naturally. In the meanwhile, don't dwell on what might have been but concentrate on what is.
Look at life as an adventure, an ongoing adventure. There's someone out there just waiting to give you her heart. Keep your eyes open..........

Ouch, not easy, but doable. First, look back over your relationship and acknowledge the good times and the bad times. Realize you will miss her, and that your time with her was valuable. Let yourself grieve for as long as it takes. Think about what you want to do differently in your next relationship, and what kind of qualities you hope to find.
Eventually, you'll feel able to start looking. Try not to allow yourself to do anything you will later regret. Find a good friend or family member who will let you talk.
best wishes,
cryllie

Oh sweetheart, I feel for you. I went through that about a year ago, and it was BAAADDD. Besides the phrase that my mom used to always tell me, and it works is "Time heals all wounds", the first two weeks are the hardest. The other thing I recommend, from my own experience, is to keep busy, mentally and/or physically
Surround yourself with people who love you.

Time, and doing everything else that you enjoy in life. There are more things that make you happy than a girl. And remember things have a way of working themselves out in the end. You will either meet someone better or get back together eventually. Don't worry about it, just enjoy yourself doing everything else you love.
