What should i say to ask someone out that i know likes me and they know i like them.? I have known them for a couple months, so were not complete strangers.

Is there somewhere you need to go and/or do? Call her and ask her if she wants to go with you. Explain to her where you're going and why/what you have to do so she won't be expecting anything more(a big date yet). Just read her body language to be able to tell if she likes you.

You could say something like so when are we going out for lunch? Or make a bet somehow and then say and if I win, we go out next weekend? Haha. I don't know have fun with it and if she declines, be like yeah..
