Do you think close friends can live together and still be great friends? Or is alwys about sex on some level?

Its very hard because it borders a very thin line with romance. Mutual respect is the key i guess.

I'm married and 75% of my friends are all males .
my husband told me many yrs ago that women and men could not be friends sooner or later would be a bed in the middle ,i told him he was so wrong ,until i proved to him it can happen ,because he See's it every day with me .I go out for lunch ,have coffee and so on with my male friends ,but remember we have allot of trust .

yes, but if they are attracted to each other, that Platonic relationship will only last for so long. But if they aren't attracted to each other, don't have a crush, or don't have romantic feelings for each other, then it is possible. This is often not the case, so they are rare, but possible.

yes platonic relationships do exist and i think two friends of the oppsite sex can coexist together without getting romantically involved.

Yes it's possible to be just friends with someone of the opposite sex and there doesn't have to be anything sexual about it at all.

No, it is possible. I am proof. My best friend for 15 years is a guy. we have lived together here and there. We have even had oops sex. he is still my friend.
