i have been having that problem too but i did this and my hands are so soft now. use brown sugar with baby oil/coconut oil/olive oil what ever you like, scrub your hands with it. it will leave the oil to moisture your hands. then i use this new hand cream i bought, its Nivea Anti-Age Q10Plus (i've been using this cos i've been working with clay and stuff in my art class and it damages my hands badly), now its so soft, smooth and nice! try it!

I just posted to another question about a new company that I found, and I have been using their hand cream as well (the other posting was for face products). I have to say that for real - I have not found a better hand cream ever. No joke. It's called Hand it to You hand cream and it's by a Boston-area company called Garden Girl. They sell mostly on the web and at craft shows I think, but they are in a few stores in the Boston area. The hand cream isn't cheap but it works incredibly well - my hands feel silky not greasy/sticky like they usually do. Plus it is natural so the scary ingredients aren't in there (like parabens). The website is www.gardengirlskincare.com. Oh yeah - and I forgot tosay the best part is how yummy it smells - I don't know exactly what it is but it's citrusy - very clean and fresh.Mmmm.

Take a little bit of soap... just a little! Then add some salt to it... enough so that it's like an exfoliator. Then take that and just rub it on your hands... it'll feel weird at first, but keep doing it, for a couple minutes. Then rinse off with warm water. It'll make your hands really soft!
