My bf and I have been together nearly two years. He gives me a headache sometimes, but I still love him. Here's my situation. I work a job that causes me to work some weekends (nightshift). And it seems like whenever I'm working he likes to hang out with friends which is ok, mainly his crippled cousin (who I've never met) that lives 1 1/2hrs away. This past weekend he went up to "see his cousin" and didn't let me know. So, I've been calling him all weekend without any reply, just 4 text messages. Finally this morning I get a call back where he tells me he's with his cousin. This afternoon I tried calling 7x's to see if he would be attending our puppy's class and he replies via text message an hour later saying that he didn't have good service to call. I replied with a "Leave me alone"... At this point I feel like I need to either meet this "cousin" or call it. Is that taking it extreme or am I right? I figure that he should at least have the respect to call his gf back not just a text.

His cousin got into a car accident about a month ago, he broke his hip and is confined to a wheelchair. He says they just sit and watch t.v. But he tells me he doesn't answer his calls because he doesn't want to be interupted when hanging with "the guys".

if you care, try to meet and hang out with
the cousin, sure its just the guys,
but you have to meet the guy someday
ya kno...

Do you know that wheelchair cousin even exists? I know you've never met him in person, but have you ever talked to him on the phone or via email? If not, do you know he even exists?
And even if wheelchair cousin is real, do you know if your man is really spending all that time with him? Or does he just go over there for 5 minutes, and spend the rest of the weekend with Kiana, Latisha and Tanya?
That's why he won't answer your calls - he's busy with the other woman!

Yeah right!!!!!!
I would do some detective work, take a night of work but tell your b-friend that you are working, then follow him and see where he goes, thats what I would do!
I smell another girl for sure or girlsss.
& when he said he had no service so he couldn't call you back, thats a lame excuse cause why couldn't he use a public phone or use his cousins phone to let you know.
He's lying!

you are right, he needs to let you know something, you need to sit down and talk to him man to woman, and ask him to be truthful and real with you. Don't be mean or disrespectful, just try to have a mature conversation. And if he tells you the truth, and he has been cheating, it is up to you whether to stay with him or not, because only you know him. But if he says he is not and he is lying, and you have proof, kick him to the CURB. But if he tells the truth that he isn't cheating, then you should apologize.

It does not matter if he is cheating or not. You don't trust him so you should get out. If he IS cheating you are better off out. If he is not cheating, you still think he might be so you should get out. You are not doing him any favors by hanging on but not trusting him.
This sort of thing comes up when one or the other of you is wanting out. You start looking for a reason. He may or may not be cheating but you ARE looking for there to be some. Get out.

Umm...he might...and he might not...it depends...
The best way to find out is to actually meet up with this cousin of his to clarify all matters... That way u wont be in doubt for too long. It's either a yes or no....

I don't know if he's cheating but he definitely needs a lesson in consideration. You need to turn the table around. Put your guy in the position to have to track you down and remember to respond passively.

Yeah, one day you should tell him you have to work on such and such a day, tell him early in the week so he can make plans for this day, and then, the day of..Oops, you read the schedule wrong, but thats okay you'll just tag along.
If he turns white as a sheet when you say this or acts funny or says you can't go, call it.

Tell him straight out. I want to meet your disabled cousin or I will be forced to think you're cheating. After all, why wouldn't he want to introduce you? If he loved you, I would imagine he'd want to show you off to his family. The fact that he doesn't want to is suspect.

He is hanging with the guys. But I don't see how that helps you any.
Find a bf that wants to spend time with you.
