Suicide hot lines exist if you think talking will help. There are mental health hospitals as well if you feel your thoughts of suicide are really strong. Exercise for an hour or more will help calm you down and even emotions out. I say an hour because it takes about that long to burn up the hormones our bodies produce as a stress reaction, when they build up in your system its like having a chemical imbalance. Walk every day until you can talk with a doc.

Call the local suicide hotline. Let them know of you dilemma. Also, try calling your doctors office and tell them you have an appt in March, but you are having suicidal thoughts and that is too long to wait. They may try to squeeze you in sooner. That is an emergency in psychiatry.

u may end up locked up in a psych ward... im 17 and i have been, it really isnt all that bad! it may help you!
i hope you find this helpful!!
