I'm not a guy, but I can answer that.
Your muscles tighten up within a few hours, but there is the issue of smell. A good rule would be not to have sex with two different guys on the same day. A girl at work has a running dialog of the guys she cheats with, and gives us all these wonderful tidbits...but now I can tell her it came in handy.

i know u only want guyz to anwser this but i know the anwser so im gonna tell u ne way... it is a proven fact that the vagina (unless stretched by childbirth) will go back to the normal size in only a few hrs. so no he wont be able to tell although u really shouldnt cheat...if u dont wanna be with him just be upfront..it will cause a lot less pain on both of u

I don't think so, if it only happened once the expansion shouldn't be noticable, but either way you are a very heartless asshole and my mind is at rest knowing that your boyfriend will find out one way or another.

No way to tell physically but the truth is usually hard to hide. I know that if you did it to me I would probably be able to tell and I could never forgive you or trust you again.
