I did the same thing a few days ago.
I love Doritos.
I bit down on a dorito and it jabbed my gum on the right side of my mouth.
The next morning, the right side of my face was numb, sore, Esp. my eye.
It healed up quickly and I just ate some Dorito's a few hours ago.
I was a wee bit careful not to jab my gums again.

You cant the salt on the Doritos takes all the moisture out of your mouth and is not good for you, can end up giving you high blood pressure, same goes for the sugar on Captian Crunch, you should only eat in moderation

Coat the Doritos in guacamole or salsa to soften them up a little.
As for the Captain Crunch, you're just out of luck. That stuff is made out of shredded glass.
