I having phobia towards human and company after i resign from my previous company. I love my work in this company and i work very hard for it for almost 4 years. At last, i have to resign because of the politic issues. I love all my colleagues and my mind think always to improve the company. I never think that this things will happen to me.

I was very disappointed. I have difficulty to join new company because i scare to work in company and to speak and meet new peoples. After a year, a work in a company now, but i still feel scare in every moment. I can't think for career acheivement, i can't think to success, i just feel not safe. My current company has nothing to learn after half year staying here and i know i should change my job. But i scare to join new company, i hope to discover from phobia asap. Can anyone give me suggestion pls...?

I cut down half of my previous salary and start my work in current company because of my phobia. To do not take high responsibility job. After a while, i feel not satisfy and feel boring with my current job and hope to get higher salary back.

I do not know how at this moment and wondering am i qualify to look for higher pay and better opportunity job again......??

Start looking.. Do not disclose that info to anyone.. Also. You might want to see a therapist to talk about your phobia. There are exercises that you can do to help you cope a little better. Good luck!

Sounds like your current job doesn't make you happy, so I suggest to look for another job. Make sure you get a job before you quit this one.
Or if you want to make this job accepatable, make a day, your day when you treat your co-workers for a lunch or drinks.
It's not a phobia. More like a comparison from the last job, because it makes you happy. Stop comparing, and do your job with a smile on your face.

Secure the next job before you leave this one, make sure they understand it's imply for better pay, better job advancement opportunity, etc. There will always be "politics" wherever you go, just don't talk bad about other people or repeat gossip or rumours, and leave work at work, don't take any worries home with you at night, when you step out that door your life is your own.
