You can't "make" your boyfriend do anything and if you don't know that by now, you haven't been in the relationship long enough. When you are ready, both of you, it will be right. How long have you dated, how old are you, are you both financially stable? These are big questions that should be answered first too. I know my boyfriend and I are getting married, I look at dresses and rings all the time, doesn't freak him out but he knows too, it's just not time yet. Have fun, don't worry about it.
