Eat a lot and lift weights. Weight training is probably the healthiest and fastest way for a guy to gain weight.

It depends, if you want to bulk on muscle(healthy) - exercise a lot and stuff down lots and lots of proteins and complex carbohydrates found in brown rice, pasta, potatoes, etc. This way you'll turn into a gigantic mountain of pure muscle and power. If you want to bulk on fat(unhealthy) - exercise is your worst nightmare, keep away and chow lots and lots of fatty foods, sit on the couch all day with the remote controller and a glass of beer next to you always, and yes, sleep a lot. This way you'll turn into huge ball of blubber.
