The only cookware on the market that I know of is the Kenzen cookware by Nikken. They are high quality pots and pans, but with a battery in the handle making something like electrons to keep the molecules from becoming free radicals with heat and oxidation. This is a product that was first offered in CA.

First all dont lose your cool. turn the gas or electric powered off and placed a cover on properly(like a lid). I cook dinner with electric powered.I also keep a hearth ex. reachable yet i actually have baking soda which will do only practically as good. Dont fan the flames with a fabrics and dont use water if its a grease fireplace reason which will make it worse.
