you can invite him over here and they can decide to stay. If they do they will need to apply for citizenship and that is with the Federal Govt' so it could take years and years. You could also marry him and that qualifys them. If you go the truthful honest good ol fashioned American way, prepare for years of immigration crap. No way around it.

Why do it legally. Illegal people get better benefits than U.S. citizens anyway.
