you would not believe the stuff people buy. You can sell anything on ebay. I had a small box of junk that i was throwing away I was literally going to put it out to the curb, i decided to list the 5 or 6 items on ebay and made $130 from junk i was going to throw away. you can sell broken stuff on there, you can sell anything, you can post listings just to be funny and will get bids. People do it everyday.

eBay has all the information to start up. Go to their toolbar and click on site map. READ EVERYTHING!!! in this page. Also they have a school. All this info is on the homepage.
Quick story, I was in an accident last year and out of work for 2 months w/o disability. I went in my attic and started selling everything old or new I owned. From telling friends I starting selling their stuff. I made 15K from selling STUFF!!!
One very important thing, be HONEST with what you sell. If there are things wrong with your items list it on your description. The eBay feedback can make you or brake you. It is also good to look up things you want to sell to see how others have it listed.
I hope this helps

Here's a new idea: if you know your way around Ebay why not sell stuff for others. On consignment so to speak. The official name on Ebay is a "Trading Assistant" There are ppl on Ebay who do this. . There is always a cost involved - for the person with the item.
Let's say for example that I have an set of antique dishes that I want you to sell for me. I have to bring them over to you. I pay you a percentage of what they goe for, I pay you the s&h and if I were to back out of the deal (which would be incredibly unlikley then the money would be yours)

You'd get re-imbursed for all your expenses: anything that Ebay charges you to sell..

And of course many others having a regular income varying netween $500-$5000 per month. There are many persons, who has taken up this as a career but dropped it because they did not feel as an opportunity due to some or the other reason. There are certain guidelines which need to be followed to be successful in ebay like other business demands. For details visit

You should have plenty to sell. Pretend that you are having a garage sale and assemble all that you would sell. Now sell each individual item on ebay. Don't forget the shipping charges.

You should be able to sell enough to get you up and running.

buy some cool stuff at a store, and once it gets boring then sell it for more money then you spent on it at the store. and the more you keep it the more money you will get cause old stuff cost's alot. for instance: you buy a cool t-shirt for 10$ and then you dont like it any more after a couple of months and sell it for 20$ or 30$ and thats how you make 10 or 20 dollars. thats what I would do.

You can sell anything on ebay. Some people were even selling snow after a big snow storm in Colorado!

ebay is a rip off,the only ones getting fat are them. They squeeze the seller for every penny they can get.Just another slimy big business tactic.
