If you'll make sure we're fed sometime before, oh, let's say, 9:30 a.m., we'll promise to keep quiet during your important staff meetings. Under normal circumstances, when food first enters your stomach, it stimulates nerve impulses that travel to your nrevous system. In turn, your system sends impulses to your gastric glands to secrete more acidic juice. It;s your digestive juices rumbling and gurgling inside you as your stomach contracts about three time a minute, mixing those juices with your food. Something else in your stomach also makes those noises: trapped air.

there is a lot of reasons why your stomach could be gurgling. It could just be your digestive tract, and or intestinal issues going on. If it is causing you discomfort see medical attention. Otherwise, try beno before eating, and take gasex, or similar product.

It is probably GERD, which is acid reflux. I have it also. It got so bad I had to be hospitalized, and even now I have a problem with it, especially when I lie down. I take pepid or tagment. Backing soda is also good if you do not have the others in your house right now.
