I have experienced not noticing when the music clicked off, and then other times, being jolted awake by the click of its turning itself off. I would tend to believe that it is more restful not to have any music on while sleeping.
On the other hand, I have often fallen asleep at the symphony or when watching TV and then can't get to sleep in the silence of my bedroom... can't figure that out.

Wow! Your writing technique is relatively sturdy! Your use of vocabulary is enormously sturdy, and the tale sounds very friendly and flowing to study. i think of the names Halle and Rachelle are too comparable...enormously while you're questioning of publishing or some thing the reader would get a sprint aggravated on the names that end with a similar sound and spelling. If that's an grownup e book, i'm hoping it does not get too violent or including that could make the study particularly tedious.

I don't think so, but it may take longer to get to sleep, but I have heard music can do good things to the body as in relaxing and healing the body when the music is good.

Depends on the music. I put on relaxation music, then I can sleep through anything.

yes.... and whatever you're listening to also goes into your subconscious mind... could be a not so good thing!! Your conscious mind has the ability to reject information that you know is false.... your subconscious mind doesn't. If you need music to fall asleep, I would suggest either classical, or christian.

So long as you keep in on low volume it is fine to have music on when you sleep.

I was hoping not, because that's the way I do it. Here's one article that says it does. Darn.
