You should get your vision checked once a year... That way they will determine if you need new ones or not

every 6 to 8 months. as you get older your vision changes and will eventually stabilize when youre about late 30s to 40s. so its best to check as much in relation to age.

Check your vision once per year. Twice for dental care. Eat your veggies!

When you can't see too well with the ones you have now.

Between every 6 months to every year depending on your eyes and if you have any eye medical problems that can cause vision changes

Did you mean new lenses or new frames or both. You only need to get new frames when you think you want or can afford a new pair. You should get your eyes checked yearly unless you doc says otherwise and if your prescription has changed since your last exam then get new lenses at least.
