Definitely Mint. Hood's Grasshopper Pie is the absolute best but hard to find, followed closely by Perry's Andes Creme De Menthe, Mint-Ting-A-Ling, and Carb Delite Mint Chocolate Chip

Vanilla would be my main choice if it's combined with other foods such as brownies. If it's just the ice cream itself, I would pick chocolate chip.
