I have the same problem. I've been in hair hell until a new stylist who also has really curly hair introduced me to Curls Rock. I have to use three of the products, but it's worth it! I use a leave-in conditioner, a curl amplifier that is like a hairspray and a mousse. My hair is now curly, not frizzy and quite attractive. I get a lot of compliments. I'm so happy with it that I don't care to straighten it with the flat iron. I also use the shampoo and conditioner, but only recently did because I found them on sale. You can only find them in salons, but you can often find them on sale. They are well worth the quest. BTW I live in Florida and even with the humidity, my hair looks great! e-mail me if you need more details.

I have the perfect product for you. I live everyday with the same hair as you. I hated it until i found the right products. I use Avada's be curly lotion. It does miracles. Tames frizz, and leaves your hair looking healthy and shiny. Along with that i use Avada's leave in conditioner and confixor light weight gel.Start using Avada products and I'm sure you will see a difference. Use a small amount of shine serum to tame frizz through out the day.

Try washing your hair 1-2 a week with shampoo, but do use conditioner every morning while having a shower.
Let it dry naturally without using a blow dryer and komb it (no brush) afterwards. It works.

Whether it be for straightening or maintaining curls, use a silk serum. The most popular one is Biosilk but beauty suppy shops usually have their own bootleg brand. It's all about the silk, that's what'll maintain the frizz and provide shine, etc.
