What the bible really teaches about death is written in it. Ecclesiastes 9:5,10 Ecclesiastes 3:19. The only hope we have of living beyond death is started by understanding of God's word. Starting at John 17:3 By asking questions and allowing the scriptures to answer you, you will find a way of truth and success. If you choose not to look then you will reap what ever you sow. We were made to live, not die, but because of our first parents we are dieing. The book of instruction gives you hope of not dieing but gaining the life that your first parents lost.

Yes. There is a world beyond death. I firmly believe in Heaven and Hell. A mere construct of the human mind would have lost all belief by any religion long ago. I follow Christ and am headed for heaven. Care to join me?

There is a life beyond death. There is no need to fear it, only to prepare for it by learning all we can here. The whole hell story is a metaphor. Absence of light is hell, light is heaven. Truth and goodness are light, lack of is blackness.

Death is inevitable. The thief on the cross knew when his would occur, but we can not predict our own. After his death, the crucified criminal went to live in paradise with Jesus. Some of us will also live eternally in God's presence. But others will experience everlasting torment, forever separated from Him.
If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)
Become part of God's family today. Acknowledge your sinfulness, and express your faith in these words:
"God, I have sinned against You. (Romans 3:23) I've followed my own way and refused to give You the right to rule in my life. (Romans 3:10-12) I recognize I am separated from You and cannot rescue myself. I do believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I accept the truth of the Scriptures? that His death on the cross paid my sin-debt in full. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4) And I ask You to forgive me of my sins. (1 John 1:9) By faith, I receive You, Lord Jesus, as my personal Savior from this moment on."
If you just spoke those words to God, then, like the thief on the cross, you have received salvation? a gift of God's grace. The heavenly Father welcomes every person who comes to Him through His Son, regardless of background, age, or current situation. Through Jesus, the right to enter paradise is yours!

Yeah - Heaven and Hell are just blackmail tools to keep us "good".
I believe there HAS to be something after death. What would be the point otherwise? I'm not gonna impose my beliefs on you - your beliefs are for you to find sense in.

If your thoughts are really electrical impulses snapping across your synapses, do they turn to matter when you die? Or do they shoot off somewhere?
Actually, most mention of Hell in scripture is reserved for leaders who lead their people astray. The rest of us get off pretty easily. So, there's nothing to lose by giving that little leap of faith a try.

I don't see how all these idiots can answer your question. Nobody has any inkling as to what there is beyond death. What we are told in books are all assumptions, hopes, and myths handed down throughout the existence of mankind.

Every religion will give you an answer, obviously there is an answer, Do you have any clue what is the right answer? i could type for hours on every belief there is about what happens after we die, but you have to make the decision about what you would believe.
