Everytime I look on the TV or the internet I see where the child molester gets probation or 2 months in Jail. What is wrong with out justice system?A child will go through hell for the rest of thier life after getting raped,but the rapist will just go out and do it again. WAKE UP AMERICA!

You are absolutely right ,There should be a law stating it is an automatically 25 years or more with no chance of parole, Me and my three little sisters in 94 put out our Uncle who was a police officer in prison for sex abuse , Do you know what he served?? for all the years of abuse for each of us , He got two years for each of us and 4 years for Fleeing when charges were brought up , That equals 12 years but the sad part was he only served 6 years and has been out to live his life when we still have to relive all of it over and over for the rest of our lives, There were other victims but all were to scared to testify but i doubt he still would have served much time thanks to our wonderful Justice system

This is where the liberal masses have started to screw us over. They want to believe that the child molestors were abused as children, some other childhood traumatic events, or even just some sort of mental disorder.
They think that since these offenders have these disorders, it is not the offender's fault. They don't want to punish someone that they believe it when you get down to the nitty gritty of it all wasn't thier fault when the rape someone or some child.
In my town, there was a young man that was on 18 who raped,over a period of years, a child that was less than 8 years old. When the allegation finally surfaced, he plead guilty to take a lesser sentence. They gave him 30 days in county jail, 10 years probation, and has to register as a sex offender. WTF, right???
Now that is totally different from a guy that is 18 years old and is actively dating a girl that is 16 which one of the parents have given consent for him to date her. Then the other parent finds out about it and decides to press charges on the matter. Then that 18 year old gets senctenced to 10 years. Kind of odd I think.
You are totally right. We as a country of people that want to protect our families and children from these kind of people need to wake up and do something about it. But by eleviating the responsibility from everyone and thier actions, that is not going to do us any good. People need to know that by messing around with a child will be punished.

I totally agree with "Jessy", the criminals have so many loopholes to get out of their charges, and they even have opportunities to plea bargain to a lesser charge (sometimes), and what about the poor victims. The victims do not have the same recourse as the criminals and have no say so in convictions and cannot infulence harsher punishments. Sexual predators "CANNOT" be rehabilitated, and need what "Jessy" stated. The justice system is geared for the criminals and the victims continue being victims of the criminals and the justice system.

It was the same in my country.Kids kept getting raped.Then the parents got fed up and took the law in their own hands,the smart way.Now - you rape,minimum 20 years
