It's been proven that weight-training is the best way for a woman to lose fat.....
I don't know what to say, it's kinda hard to lose fat and NOT build/tone muscle if you exercise... and you can't "selectively" lose fat unless you decide to get liposuction. The human body just doesn't work like that.
Really, when you lose weight, you lose it everywhere, you lose it from your arms, your chin, and your *** all at the same time.
