If your dog is peeing in the house, you need to take some steps to address the problem. Scold her immediately, while she has been caught peeing. You can tell her firmly, "No!" and then show her where to go eliminate right away. Don't make the mistake of losing your temper as you'll only confuse your dog. You should also never reprimand your dog even a minute after she's had an accident. She won't be able to associate what you are scolding her for with what she's done.
Is it safe to give my dog bones?

There is some current debate over whether bones are safe or not to give to your dog. Some say that chicken bones are brittle and may splinter and become fatal to your dog. The key is to avoid giving your canine any cooked bones. They become sharp and brittle and will not be safe for your canine to chew on. Never allow your dog to chew on a bone for hours on end and supervise him if he is chewing on a bone.

If the dog is a puppy who is in the middle of house breaking be careful. Tell them "bad boy" but go in with the attitude that mistakes happen. But when they go where they are supposed to praise and give kisses like you never have before. They catch on faster and its a more positive experience that way.

If the dog/puppy is already housebroken there may be another reason for the potty in the house. In our case, he had a bladder infection and couldn't help that he peed uncontrollably. We realized something was wrong (that he wasn't acting out) when most of his accidents were in the hallway, down the stairs or by the patio door. He would realize he'd have to go but have an accident on the way there. Some vet prescribed amoxicillian cleared it up and he was fine afterward.

No, scolding dogs only makes them afarid of you. Try buying doggie training pads. I always buy them. Doggie Training pads, are these square sheets you put on the floor where you want your dog to use the bathroom. Praise the dog when it uses the bathroom in the training pads. The dog will then start using the bathroom there only.

Only when you catch him in the act. Merely say "NO" very sternly. They know what "NO" means. However, if you scold them even minutes later, they will have no clue what you are scolding them for. It will be very confusing for him. You want to be firm and consistent with your dog.

That depends.

If it your dog and/or your house - it's up to you.

Otherwise, just snicker and pretend not to notice...
