I went to the keyword search at http://www.u-exchange.com/
It is a trade only site. I searched dental and Illinois and got this result.

You may even want to look in the papers for new offices opening in your area and give them a call. New businesses are more likely to trade as they wish to build up a client base. Who knows...maybe they will do a part barter/cash deal for you.
If your new to bartering you may want top read the Barter 101 link in the source list.
As far as bartering and taxes in the previous comments they are false. Bartering is legal, not claiming barter transactions is what's illegal.

No dentist wants to do this. For one thing, the IRS hates barter arrangements and the tax records are ridiculous.
If a dentist can get paying customers, why would he/she bother with trading cleaning for dentistry? I've been involved with keeping books for bartering clubs and I can tell you, they never work out. Nobody is happy with what they get.
From a bookkeeping/tax perspective, this is a BAD, bad, bad idea.
Edited to add: Barter income must be reported to the IRS and is not "off the books." I have consulted for many dentists and not one of them has continued bartering more than a few months. Mostly, they cannot find an equitable exchange for their services and end up writing off the exchange for a loss. Also, the IRS has recently taken a liking to auditing dentists in the past year or so. I would advise any dentist contemplating going "off the books" to be extremely careful.

emmalue's answer is way off. A lot of dentists barter. I know one that does, but not close to you. And they do it because bartered services ARE off the books. And that's why the IRS "hates" the practice, as well.
Post on Craigslist, or better yet, start calling dentists! Yahoo is a crapshoot and you get lame, negative responses.
Good Luck.

There are lots of barter systems all over the country. In fact, when I typed 'BARTER SYSTEMS' in the search space under your question, here's what I got:
1 - 10 of about 3,240,000 for barter systems - 0.20 sec.
So I am hoping that at least one of the three and a quarter million websites, that one of them will be of use to you. Good Luck!

Honestly, I am sure that if you can provide a service for someone and it holds the same value as the service you wanted, you could find some one to help...but you will have to ask until some one says yes.
Dentists usually do repair or restorative work in most cases. People who clean teeth are hygienists.
