I have a 3mu video file and need to convert it to a file that windows media player can read, any suggestions / ideas or programs you can help me with?

The only one I can think of right off the top of my head is Total Video Converter. Its got a pretty simple user interface and you can pick what type of file you want to convert it to.

Try searching www.download.com for a trial version :)

I use Videora iPod Converter for all my converting needs; it's free and converts most of the movie files I need. Not sure if it converts 3mu, but check out its site to find out.

there are a huge number of video converters. you can find even free ones. these converters convert the video file to another extensions.

download the vlc media player it might or it might not convert it so can play on windows media but it will be able to play it on it's own player
