well, there is not 100% way to do that, but you can help your hair by getting regular trims & using a quality deep conditioning product often. also, using a ceramic flat iron isn't so harmful to your hair as any other types of flat irons...

My friend has extremely curly hair, but still straightens it every so often. She conditions every time she washes her hair and I think she sprays some sort of stuff in it before she uses a high priced straightening iron that she got at some professional hair stylist supply store.

Definitely, if you are going to go to a stylist, do your research, dish out some money, and go to a reputable stylist with a good reputation.

The results are amazing - goes from curls like Annie to straight as straight can get - without any frizz or split ends.

My hair is very frizzy as well, and hair straighteners causes my hair to split very badley. I have not yet found a product that will straighten my hair without using a hair straightner.

My hair dresser told me that i should straighten my hair as straight as possible and then not straighten it until it really needs doing.Rather than straightening it over and over again.

But otherwise the only way would be to get it chemically straightened, but this requires your hair to be in really good condition and is not such a good idea

No matter what commercials say, the only way you get rid of them is cutting them off.

Get a trim and a deep conditioning treatment. I prefer Aveda salons..they are awesome. Get some of their Intensive Conditioner, also. It rocks.

Use a hair serum. It holds down flyaway hairs and stops frizz.
