I've been on a diet for a while and i'm so sick of chicken, salad, fish etc..... can you give me any other main dish ideas? I dont need recipes just ideas, ty!

You could try Wasabi dressing to put on salad or as a dip. It's easy. Just one Wasabi paste in a shop and you can do many different Menu, or at least, spice things up a bit.

1.Mix with low-fat mayo.
2. Mix with salad dressing.

I know you can loss weigh by eliminating all dairy from your diet, not that that is a main dish idea but...

Baked potato with tuna or cottage cheese and chives or onions. Go easy on the butter:-)

You use a recipe for salad? LOL sorry i couldn't resist!! Try biscuts and sausage gravey. The diet kind.

Spoil yourself with a drizzle of gravy or sauce.
