Gee i really would not know that. But you could call up the state hospital and i am sure that they would be glad to answer that question for you. I have not been to a state hospital for a very long time and back then they still had the dunges, and 6 people to a room. They surely did not have any computers for the patients, and the tv was locked up so no one could brake it, so i doubt that they have put in any computors in any state hospitals, but who know, call and ask them and they will let you know.

I don't know about other hospitals but the one I'm at does. I've been here about a year and have had no problem geting out online.

well , most mental hospitals have computers with internet but not for patient use
