I want to say:
I don't know what to think:
Would I say "No sé que a pensar."
and
"Please be honest"
"Por favor, eres/estás honesto" I know the ser form is a permanent form while the estar form is used when it's talking about something that isn't constant/permanent. So, would I use ser or estar if talking about please BE honest.
Thank you! :)

I don't know what to think = No sé qué pensar.
Please be honest = Por favor, sea honesto/honesta if you're talking with respect to someone.
Please be honest = Por favor, se honesto/honesta if you are close to the person you're talking to, ( a friend, relative)
All the other answers are close, but not enough. My native language is Spanish.

It could also be No sé a creer (I don't know what to belive. and Sea Honesto is what our teacher says in regards to being honest (it's the 3rd person Ser command form) Oh yeah. te adoro (I d adore you) te desiro? ( I desire you) te amo (I love you) really uncommon, but I've heard it: Tengo mucho cariño para ti ( I care alot about you)
