how much fruit you eat? if you eat too much fruit or vegies then you may not fat, but you may still gain weight. on the contrary, eating meat (high in protein) will help you lose weight. why don't you try this:
reduce the portion of your meal, take only 50% or 75% of your current portion. consume more protein (so you are still healthy): take beef (max 100gr), or white meat or sea food (max 200gr) or eggs (max two). add vegies or potatoes but reduce the portion. consume sweet drink (sweet coffee or sweet tea or chocolate 250ml) but drink 30 minutes after your meal. consume ice cream (250 ml) or sweet fruit juice (250ml) or sweet fruit after your meal. consume fuit during your meal time, not between meal times because they may cause you feel 'full'. however, as fruit & vegies are absorbed fast, you will feel hungry sooner. if you are craving between meals, take sweet drink and /or three pieces of sweet cookies. **the golden rule: 'chew your food slowly'** .
people who applied this method lose weight pretty fast (at least 1kg in a week).

First of all, you have to set aside some time to work out each day. Current recommendations say you should do 30 minutes of cardio on most days of the week as well as eating a well-balanced diet. THIS DOES NOT MEAN CUTTING CARBS. Your body requires carbohydrates for energy as well as for normal brain functioning. If you want to lose weight, it is suggested that you cut 500 calories from your diet each day to safely lose 1-2 pounds per week. Keep your fat intake low and try to replace it with more nutrient dense foods like fruits, vegetables, and low-fat carbs. Keep in mind that exercise and proper diet must be used in combination to maximize your results.
Keep trying different exercises so your workouts stay fresh. This will also force your body to keep recruiting different muscles. Best of luck. . . .

There are no magic pills you can take whatever the cost. The surefire way to lose weight is cut your carbs down to 40 per day, or less., excercise even if it's just walking, cut your portions....and you will lose on average 4 lbs per week. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and enjoy the weight loss.........

Youre probably eating alot of foods that you believe are healthy, but really aren't.
Only eat whole wheat foods, buy skin versions of all milk, cheese etc, even though really you should subsitute water or chicken broth. snack throughout the day on RAW vegetables, dont eat sugar etc. you may be underestimating the caloric values of your foods, almost everyone does. you must include some kind of excercise, b/c it'll make it THAT MUCH more effective. excercise is easy. just do leg lifts on the phone, or arm circles as you watch tv :)
