Read the ingredients list on what you eat, especially cookies crackers, cakes, peanut butter etc. If it contains any partially hydrogenated oil, that is trans fat. If a product contains less that .5 grams tans fat per serving they are allowed to put 0 trans fat on the label, so always look at the ingredients list. A lot of fried food from a fast food place has trans fat. Stay away from trans fast as much as possible, its poison.

You check the labels on the foods you buy and make sure there are no trans fats.
