First of all, you have to set aside some time to work out each day. Current recommendations say you should do 30 minutes of cardio on most days of the week as well as eating a well-balanced diet. THIS DOES NOT MEAN CUTTING CARBS. Your body requires carbohydrates for energy as well as for normal brain functioning. If you want to lose weight, it is suggested that you cut 500 calories from your diet each day to safely lose 1-2 pounds per week. Keep your fat intake low and try to replace it with more nutrient dense foods like fruits, vegetables, and low-fat carbs. Keep in mind that exercise and proper diet must be used in combination to maximize your results.

Don't skip breakfast, have a good source of proteins for breakfast like egg whites, boiled chicken.
Eliminate everything white. Flour products, milk, sugar etc.
For lunch have a bowl of salad. My personal favorite; cucumber, carrot, red pepper, all minced and mixed with a cup of orange or sweet lime juice with a pinch of salt.
For diner a salad bowl of your liking, some boiled beans.
Keep some cookies handy. If you get hungry in between meals a cookie will keep your sugar levels up and prevent you from gorging up heavily later.
Go easy on junk foods, DON'T try to cut them off completely. Stringent diets seldom work. Keep in mind, losing weight should be a joyous endeavour. A burger or a slice of pizza is not bad once in a while.

First: Cut off all restaurant eating - especially McD et al. Second: Look at the nutrition info on things you eat. Make certain you eat only foods that have 30% or less fat calories of total calories (i.e. 200 total cal and less than 60 fat cal). Third: Anytime you get hungry, drink a glass of water first - sometimes people are thirsty and think their hungry.

Best way is to watch your calorie in take and burn twice as many calories as you intake -- don't limit yourself of the nutrients your body needs though -- maybe get a protien shake, or vitamins -- increase your water levels and lot of exercise -- cardio is best with muscle trainning a few times a week.

easy:
1. enrol in a gym class,
2. jog and brisk walk 5-6 x a week.,
3. eat right ( fiberous foods like : cereals, vegetable and fruit),
4 .dont eat fatty and junk foods...

Hi, I gave up on guys like you - everybody wants to loose weight fast , safe and cheap way. You know - usually cheap way cost us much more than not cheap. Because you have to do it again and again - and it goes like yo - yo:
loose - gain, loose - gain.
But if you seriouse - you can do it in 9 days and keep this weight - because you will not diet - you will cleanse.

eat smaller portions. Eat foods that are good for you. Green leafy vegatables, etc. will help. Eat in moderation.

you only eat and drink anything with less than 100 calories and 40 carbs....it worked 4 me :]
