ok my father who is a general of the japanese military has put me in this bushido academy in the USA. I have been stretching my legs forever and they still do not want to go above my neck when I kick, how can I stretch better? how do martial artists kick so high?

yes i did hear that.keep stretching your nearly there around your necks enough.

Kicking high is not of any true importance in bushido . Stretching is something that is good for your workout however . There are many different stretching techniques , you could ask your instructors , or find out more on the web .

is having high kicks the only aspiration of bushido?
what about the state of mind?

how about focusing on the achievable first.
