I typed in German Hunt Terrier photos at Yahoo and it came up with this page. It has a bunch of photos posted by owners, breeders and others.

American Pit Bull Terriers and American Staffordshire Terriers are 2 thoroughly different breeds, however the AKC registers their Pit Bulls as Staffies. Staffordshire Bull Terriers are slightly bulkier then Pit Bulls, and American Staffordshire Terriers are slightly taller then Pit Bulls, so which you will in all probability might desire to attend till he's older.

Go to the UKC (ukcdogs.com) site & READ the BREED STANDARD under JADG TERRIER!

BIG,broken coat & black & tan.

Can be great huntin' dawgs but MUST be trained for a RECALL & close work or they WILL leave the county!
I've hunted w/one. He regularly gets chewed up.
