I have been friend with this guy named Drew for 6 mouths now and were not too close. So anyways he invites me on MySpace and he asks me out and I say no becuz I think of us as friends. Then he's always with me and talking about me to his best friend Austin and Austin is always telling me what he says. Now he asked me out again and i told him no becuz were just friends. He wants to know why I won't but I just don't wanna be with anybody right now. I still like my ex but me and Josh both know that were better off as friends. Should I go out with Drew?

yes you must move on ...poor guy it takkes a lot of guts to ask twice and still be rejected.....come on woman give the guy some slack award him for his good efforts in time youll realise weather your feelings have or not changed for him at the end he might be more than what you really think of him.....and if it doesnt work out then hey cant say you didnt try....maybe then you never know your ex might rethink of how good you were and how much he will miss you if you are with drew.....

I think you should take the next step...stop living in the past about the other guy ..this guy sounds great the fact he is a good friend is always a good start which means you already have a foundation. give it a go life is too short

well, if u really dont want to date drew then dont. wait till u feel like u like drew a little bit more. if u want to be just friends tell him that and say u dont want to be in a relatoinship, not yet at least. explain to him that u need want 2 be just friends or that ur nor interested in dating him, go with what u really want, its your desion. your best off being friends with him for now.

I actually think you can use this situation to your advantage. Clearly you still like this "Josh" boy. You can totally use Drew to make him jealous. Also if you go out with Drew now and break his heart he won't want to go out with you again and then you can just be friends and he'll never want to ask you out again. PLUS you'll get Josh! It's a win-win situation. Plus it's sexiii.

If your heart isn't in it...don't do out of guilt or pity. You'll be unhappy in the long run and the guy sounds to me as being just a LITTLE too pushy, tell 'em to back off.

You guys could go on a friend date to see if you guys hit it off. You never know he might be just what you've always wanted.

go for it give him a chance to prove himself to you. if you don't youll never know. i mean one date won't hurt and if it doesn't work out go back to friends at least that way you both know what your missing or not missing. being friends and seeing someone as something more are two different things and you even said your not to close..get to know him more what can it hurt! good luck! ;)

And now you've confused everyone on Yahoo! Answers. Don't go out with either of them. Go do your home work, clean out the cat box and brush your teeth before you go to bed.
