. I don't make girlfriend because of this deformity because I feel since my poor physique they will ignore or sideline me even few of girls has done so though I am good looking and cute .When I was young girls used to feel attracted towards me but as I grew older my physique didn't developed proportionately .now girls of my age do not giving me due attention which makes me feel very low because I am not used to this I am 165cm tall and of thin built.I have got good look but because of my built and not so tall strature Iam always frustated.my dad and his relatives are not so tall but certainly better than me.but my maternal relatives are all tall and of strong built though mom is of not strong buit.. what exersice I should go for increasing the width of my chest .Can modern technology help to enhance my physical appeareance. I think going gym only increase the muscle not the bone frame of chest what I should do.please help this poor boy What kind of stretching exerceise I should go

Basically, you can't affect your skeletal structure. The bones that make up your torso are not going to get any longer. But, there's a lot you can do to build the muscle. It's really all about exercise and diet. You're going to need to start weight training and eating a lot of protein. To develop your chest muscles, you'll want to focus on bench press exercises. If you want, you can also do pushups. It will take some time and dedication, but if you do things right, it'll come along just fine. You should really consider joining a gym and talking with a physical trainer there. As far as getting more protein, the most significant source comes from meat. I recommend chicken breast because of it's low fat content.

One more important thing. You shouldn't start working out just to get women to like you more. You should start because you want to take better care of your body. I'm sure that there's plenty of women out there who would give you some attention without caring very much about the size of your muscles.

I am sure in one sense he appreciates that you are mistaken. You may want to approach him on a more serious note and ask all joking aside if he is OK, that you realize he is really dropping the weight quickly and you just want to make sure he is being healthy about it. He may take the opportunity to tell you what is really going on. I cannot imagine that it is something he really wants to tell anyone in the "by the way..." sense. But to let him know you are not totally insensitive and given that you have known him a while it is not inappropriate to ask if all is well. He can obviously tell you care on a dietary level. I would not tell him anyone told you this, and if he doesn't tell you anything different try to find something else to razz him about. Sometimes when people are ill the ones the appreciate having around are the ones that do not treat them differently, right now you may be that person at work and he may need you to be that person.

Yes going to the gym can build you up actually, look at before and after shots of body builders. Don't do cardio there though, do muscle training. Want my advice? Go talk to a personal trainer, they will be able to help you out better than anyone - they've studied it and get paid for it! A consultation is usually free so just give it a go. And it wont happen overnight

Sounds like you need a doctor and/or a gym. Between the two maybe they can help you. You say you are thin, maybe you need to eat things that will put some weight on also.

hey, go to gym anyway and you have to take protein - good whey protein. It helps for bodybuilding.
